Daniel Oliveira
Daniel Oliveira has always been exposed to the industry. At the young age of five, he demanded to come to work on Saturday’s with his father. At age 14, he was employed by X-ACT Sheet Metal Inc., helping around the shop and assisting in assembling sheet metal fittings. 5 years later, Daniel enrolled himself in Gas Fitter 3, which he not only successfully completed but advanced to Gas Fitter 2 and then later to Gas Fitter 1. With so much experience prior, he was always top of his class. Daniel is always committed to better himself educationally and through experience. He is now 27 years young, with already 13 years of hands-on experience and his list of achievements are endless.

Stephanie Oliveira
Stephanie Oliveira has also been around the industry her whole life. At age 22, she graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology with a strong focus in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources. As a compliment, she also has also completed a degree in Project Management.
Stephanie is an all-around person, helping out in all aspects of the company behind the scenes, specializing in office operations by receiving and distributing communications. She also maintains supplies and equipment, picking-up and delivering items and serving customers. She oversees in project management of all commercial projects from start to finish while always keeping an eye out for quality assurance. Now, Stephanie is a proud part owner of XACT HVAC Inc. and manages all business services backstage from invoicing and quotations to marketing, project management, human resources and public relations.
